Refund Policy

Effective October 10, 2026.

Current videos are one-time purchases for a customized 13-second 768P digital product at USD $8.99. Generation begins after payment is confirmed.

If video generation fails and the failure is confirmed, the order system queues a full refund to the original payment method. Due to the personalized digital nature of the product, a successfully delivered video is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds after successful delivery for a change of mind, dissatisfaction with an AI-generated result, or a request to use different photos.

If your video has not been delivered, contact support@rumpelstiltskindance.com with your order ID. We will investigate the order and its delivery or refund status.
